Host Prepathons for your batch with AceMax Squad

AceMax Squad is a program by AceMax Pakistan that lets verified students run their own Prepathons and Mockathons for their batch, school, college or academy. Sessions run on the AceMax platform, carry the organizer's name, and are free for everyone who takes part.

Any student who wants to run practice tests for their batch, school, college, coaching centre or academy can apply. You do not need prior experience. Applications open in windows, and the Squad site shows when one is open.

Sign in to squad.acemaxpakistan.com with your AceMax account and fill in a short form about who you are, where you study and which subjects your people need, with a photo of your student ID. Someone on the AceMax team reviews every application, usually within two working days, and there is no interview.

No. Applying and organizing are free, and Prepathon and Mockathon sessions are free for every student who takes part.

Organizers build sessions for ECAT, BCAT and SAT preparation, including university-style mocks for entry tests such as NUST, FAST and UET, using Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, English, IQ and the other subjects in the AceMax question bank.

For the students taking part it is the same: the same registration, question bank, timer, instant scoring and live leaderboard. The only difference is who runs it. Official sessions are run by the AceMax team, and Squad sessions by a verified student whose name appears on the session.

Yes. You can hand-pick every question from the AceMax question bank, or let the paper fill itself by topic, difficulty and exam type, then adjust it before the session goes live.

You decide. When you create a session you set the participant cap, the registration window and the scheduled start time, so it can suit one class section or a whole academy.

Yes. Students register for a Squad session with their AceMax account, the same way they join official Prepathons and Mockathons, and their results and rank are saved to it.

No. Approval stays on your AceMax account, so one review covers every session you will ever run. There is no minimum activity either: you run sessions when your people need them.
